Straight answers. No mythology required.
What SORN does, what it does not do, and where the athlete remains in control.
Can I download SORN from an app store now?+
Not yet. SORN is currently in private beta on iPhone and Android. Submit your email on the Beta Access page and Heavy Medal will contact you about availability. The app-store buttons will activate when the public release is ready.
Does SORN make every decision for me?+
SORN makes a clear recommendation and explains meaningful changes, but the athlete remains part of the decision. Readiness changes, exercise swaps, pain reports, and major volume adjustments stay visible.
Is SORN only for competitive athletes?+
No. SORN supports competitive and noncompetitive goals including strength, hypertrophy, powerlifting, body composition, tactical performance, and strongman.
What happens if I travel or change gyms?+
Update the equipment available or swap an exercise for an equipment reason. SORN preserves the purpose of the work while finding a route that fits the gym in front of you.
What is included free?+
SORN Free includes an unlimited Logbook and training history. Paid membership adds adaptive programming and premium decision support. The exact public membership price will be published separately.
Does canceling erase my history?+
No. The intended membership model preserves training history and returns the athlete to the Free Logbook.
How does veteran access work?+
SORN is free for combat-wounded veterans. Heavy Medal will publish clear eligibility and enrollment instructions before opening public applications.
Is Resolve physical therapy or medical care?+
No. Resolve is adaptive exercise programming, not medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency care. Athletes should follow the guidance of qualified clinicians.
Can my coach use SORN?+
Yes. Coaches can link with athletes, review training and performance, communicate, manage programs, and use analytics without surrendering their coaching method to a black box.
